The eight share gives you a wonderful sampling of some of our favorite cuts. This share yields 50lbs of packaged beef. The breakdown includes 25lbs of ground beef, and 25lbs of a selection of steaks, roasts and other cuts like short ribs, round steak, etc.
You can expect to store this share in the top portion of a fridge/freezer or in 3-4 cubic feet.
